The COVID-19 has revealed both the infrastructure and human capacity deficit in our Education sector, According to a report by UNICEF, about 36.9 million children are currently out of school in Nigeria as a result of the COVID-19. 91% of these numbers are public schoolchildren. As countries divert to virtual and online platforms to ensure children are not denied the right to education and learning. Nigeria struggles on how best to ensure children do not miss a larger part of the academic year.
